An Italian Dinner Party at the Baynes

We are part of a "Supper Club" and once a month we gather with our friends for a dinner party. Each dinner party has a theme that the menu is based around. Thanks to my friend Jackie, I experienced my first Italian "Sunday Dinner." It was amazing.

Between the candles and the smell of the sauce filling the house, she created such a warm atmosphere. (It also happened to be the first cool night of the fall season...she must have planned that one.) :)

According to Jackie, every smart "Sunday Dinner" hostess knows to wear slippers, no matter how dressed up she is, because she is on her feet ALL DAY.

Jackie made adorable holders for the food labels out of wine corks. I love these!
